I have been formation in two areas, Electronics and Computer Systems. I also have more than three decades of experience in space operations, with an emphasis on telemetering systems.

In the last years my activity is of technological development and applied research in the areas of space systems for satellite navigation (GPS and other), which corresponds to my doctoral training, in addition to unmanned aircraft and control systems.
